
The conference solicits papers from professionals engaged in design, construction, project development, operation and maintenance management, technical services, manufacturing enterprises and institutions, scientific research institutes, and universities in the field of liquefied natural gas (LNG) worldwide. During the conference, selected authors will share industry insights and exchange academic and technical achievements and experience. Submitted papers must closely align with the conference theme and have not been published in official journals or at any other domestic or international conferences.
(I) Paper Requirements
Papers shall be submitted in Microsoft Word format. All figures in the manuscript must be provided separately as vector graphics or high-definition image files.
1.Paper Abstract: The abstract shall strictly follow the four-part structure: objective, methods, results, and conclusion. For papers written in Chinese: both Chinese and English abstracts are required. For papers written in English: only an English abstract is required. The Chinese abstract shall be at least 500 characters, and the English abstract shall be at least 500 words.
2.Submit the first author's biography in both Chinese and English, including: name, affiliation, position and professional title, highest degree and year of graduation, university and major, address, email, phone number, and current research direction.
3.Only original, unpublished papers will be accepted. Multiple submissions of the same paper are strictly prohibited. Papers must demonstrate a certain level of foresight, innovation, practicality, and guidance. Papers unrelated to LNG will be rejected. Please keep a copy for yourself as submissions will not be returned.
4.The paper shall consist of four parts: Introduction (research background and objectives), Technical approach and research methods (ideas and methods for solving the problem), Results and effects (achievements and application performance), Conclusion (final insights and conclusions).
5.All papers will undergo plagiarism detection. Papers with a duplication rate exceeding 15% will be rejected.
6.Authors bear full responsibility for the content of their papers. All submissions must pass political, confidentiality, and copyright reviews by the author's organization.
7.The conference reserves the right to review and revise the submitted manuscripts according to publication requirements, and holds the copyright on all accepted papers.
(II) Paper Inclusion and Awards
Publication of Proceedings: Papers approved by the Academic Committee will be compiled into the Proceedings of the Sixth China LNG Conference and formally published by Petroleum Industry Press.
Outstanding Paper Awards: Outstanding papers will be selected for oral presentations at the conference.
Excellent papers will receive certificates at the conference, and be recommended for publication in Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation or Journal of Pipeline Science and Engineering.
Indexing: The Proceedings of the Sixth China LNG Conference will be indexed by CNKI.Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation is a core Chinese journal, and the Journal of Pipeline Science and Engineering is indexed in SCI and EI.
(III) Deadline for Submission
The deadline for paper submission is February 6, 2026.

(V) Conference Presentation
Authors of outstanding papers selected for presentation will be invited to give a 20-minute talk based on their submitted paper.
